Creativity is all around us. In the food we create, the hobbies we love and even in the movements we make. Living a creative lifestyle is not just for artists or traditional creatives. Each and every day you can incorporate creativity through the simplest of tasks. 

Being creative is something that I have always found to be present in my own life. Cooking, painting, drawing and now design are just some of the many ways I express it in my day-to-day life. Studies show that individuals who express creativity have increased thinking and focus, improved mental health, are able to express themselves, can think outside the box and even have a longer, happier life.

To encourage others to implement creativity into their own routines, I have translated some creative activities through illustration. Pottery, photography, cooking, crochet, viewing artwork, playing the piano and gardening are some creative things that are present in my design. My hope is to inspire viewers to go out and be creative in their own way. Creativity is for everyone, so go and create!
